Team Supervisor - Full Time

Pay: Between 22,000 - 24,000 p/a

As a Team Leader/ Supervisor at Charnwood Golf & Leisure Complex, your warm welcome and excellent service will be the reason that our customers keep coming through our doors.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping out on the front of house, providing service up and down our driving range and promoting our other activities such as our new indoor adventure golf course, 3G football pitches and mini-golf course. You'll always pull together as a team because it's the people that make it all worthwhile.

Duties Include

• Being responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bar and leisure areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building
• Opening and closing the premises
• Providing high levels of customer service to our customers, assisting them with any queries.
• Working with all members of the team to provide a great service

About You

• Be attentive and enthusiastic
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Some golf knowledge would be helpful but is not essential
• Candidates must be over 18
• Must be flexible with working hours and be able to work evenings and weekends

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)
