Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all bookings. If you cancel your booking within the 24-hour period your booking can not be refunded or moved.
Parties & Room Hire Terms
Children’s Parties
- A £50 party room hire fee applies to all children’s party bookings.
- A £50 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the event, subject to no damage being caused.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the party.
- Parties are limited to a maximum of 10 children.
- Activity pricing:
- £15 per child per hour for two activities
- £12.50 per child per hour for one activity
- All party bookings must be made via email only.
- Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received. A confirmation email will be issued once payment is taken.
- No payment = no booking. We are unable to hold provisional dates without payment.
Party Room Hire (Non-Children’s Parties)
- Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure the room.
- A £200 refundable damage deposit is required and will be returned at the end of the event, subject to no damage being caused.
- The party room cannot be hired for celebration events for anyone aged under 25
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings that do not comply with these terms.

Please ensure all details are correct on the fitting form and you are with the details of your fit.
Once the order is place, all custom fit orders are non refundable as these are built to your satisfactions
